It heats up okay, but it definitely takes a little while before it really gets there. Not terrible or anything, just not as quick as I expected. Part of me wonders if they make these things warm up slowly on purpose so we all lower our standards without noticing

The sauna looks good now that it’s finally set up, so I’m not saying it was a bad purchase. But putting it together was more frustrating than I expected. I’m handy and usually don’t have much trouble with this kind of thing, but the instructions weren’t super clear and a few parts just didn’t line up easily. It ended up taking way more time than I planned, which was annoying.

I reached out about getting help with the warranty, but I’m still waiting to hear back. Not really sure what’s taking so long?? It’s been a bit frustrating because I expected the support process to be smoother.

The box arrived in great shape and everything inside was protected really well. You can tell they took care with the packaging, which definitely made me feel confident ordering from them...

I’ll admit, I mostly went with Redwood Outdoors because I liked how their saunas looked, even though I wasn’t totally sure if that was the best reason to choose one. The style is simple, but it has a clean, modern feel without looking too fancy or trying too hard.

The wood actually looks really good in my yard, and I was kind of surprised by how well it fits in. I was worried it might feel big or awkward once it was set up, but it doesn’t really stick out in a bad way.

So yeah, I’m happy with it. I wasn’t completely convinced at first, but the clean lines, shape, and overall calm look have won me over.

I bought this from Redwood Outdoors i’m happy with it so far. The wood panels fit together nicely, the finish looks clean, and it Doesn’t have that cheap feel at all. Setup took a little time, but I kind of expected that going in. Overall, it feels really solid and I’ve got no Regrets.

I’ve had my Redwood Outdoors tub for a few months now, the heat retention has been good. Once it gets up to temperature, it stays warm a lot longer than I thought it would, even when we’ve had some colder nights.
One thing I’d tell anyone getting one is to make sure the cover is sitting on there properly, because I’ve noticed the temp can dip a bit if it’s not lined up right. Not a huge deal, and probably normal, but worth keeping an eye on. Overall I’m happy with it — not totally perfect, but definitely solid

I wasn’t expecting much, so I’ve got to give them credit. Setting up delivery was actually painless. They stayed in touch, worked around my schedule, and the driver called before showing up, which I appreciated. The whole thing was way less stressful than I figured it would be, and everything showed up right when they said it would.

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. The product itself was good and felt worth it, though I’ll admit the slow shipping was a bit frustrating. Still, the whole experience came across as decent enough that I’d probably order again.
